Why Choose Four Feathered Hens
We’re Tom and Emilie, a family from St. Louis with a love for nature and, of course, chickens! We have two daughters, a dog, and in our spare time we enjoy gardening, fishing, and going on family trips. We started Four Feathered Hens because we truly love having backyard hens and the fresh eggs they provide. After several friends asked us for help with chickens, we realized that many people are intimidated by the work involved or unsure how to care for them. We created a service that removes those obstacles and makes it easier for people to enjoy the benefits of backyard hens—without the stress. Whether you're curious about chickens or hesitant about the commitment, we’re here to guide you through it. There’s nothing quite like the joy of collecting eggs from your own hens, and we want to make that experience simple and fun for you!
